He became a Mechanical Engineer in 1983, a Civil Engineer in 1990 and a Thermo-Technical Engineer in 1998. Until 1998 Technical Director of a multinational company for the production of abrasives and refractors and in 1998 he founded Therm-Tech Company. Today he is CEO of Therm-Tech Engineering Italy, MD of Therm-Tech Industrial Italy and MD of Therm-Tech Group Ltd. 34 years of experience in alumina and bauxite plants, today he is an expert for the process plant from the raw material, fusion, heat treatment, milling and sieving.
